GDrive

So word on the street is Google is getting ready to launch the oft rumored GDrive this year. While some are saying its a massive security hazard, I for one am really looking forward to it. After getting rid of my MobileMe account this year, I started using Dropbox to store files online so I can access them from wherever. It works great, but between all the other Google services I use daily, it would be a no brainer for me.

I've avoided Facebook for a long time, I'm not big on all the social sites. But recently I got an invite from an old high school friend and thought I'd take the plunge. I guess you can say I'm glad I did, lol. I've reconnected with a whole bunch of people long since forgotten. Also, the iPhone app is great.

Neat little find

This is most likely pretty old, but new to me. When searching for a number sequence in Spotlight, I noticed Spotlight will perform the calculation and show the result in the results list. I know Google searches do something similar, but its neat that Spotlight will do that also. After doing a little research, apparently there a few other things you can do with Spotlight as well.
